Note: After registering, you should receive a message for you to fill in your banquet choices. Please don't forget to complete it by August 15th, AoE; for any questions, please reach out to the conference chair.
Details
Conference and Workshop registration fees include daily lunch, the reception, and one ticket of the banquet for the registrant. Workshop-only registration fees also include lunch. Additional banquet fees can also be purchased at the registration website.
At least one author (presenting) must register for the accepted paper to be included in the CP'2023 proceedings.

* Please note that all transactions are subject to a 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) at check-out in accordance with Canadian federal tax regulations.
* Additional banquet tickets are $150 CAD per person.
Refund and Cancellation PolicyIf you need to cancel your registration, please note that a cancellation fee of 10% will be charged for cancellations received before August 12th (AoE) due to local registration system costs. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations received after August 12th (AoE). All refunds will be made after the conference. If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to reach out to the conference chair.
Financial Support
We are happy to provide free registration and accommodation for selected students of the doctoral program (DP). If you are interested in applying, please reach out to the DP conference chair, Xavier Gillard (Université catholique de Louvain). Deadline: July 20th, 2023.
Similarly, early-career researchers from historically underrepresented groups can apply for free registration. A small amount of travel funding could be offered for DEI Scholarship recipients who would otherwise be unable to attend the conference. If you are interested in applying, please consult our Call for DEI Scholarship. Deadline: 31 July, 2023.
DEI Surveys
We would like to collect relevant diversity data about our community and activities in order to help us identify actions to improve diversity and inclusion where needed. Please help us by filling in this year's new diversity survey and our equity and inclusion survey. We kindly ask all participants to fill in both surveys.
Your answers will be handled in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), https://www.uu.se/en/about-uu/data-protection-policy. The survey results will be compiled by Andreína Francisco. The results of the survey will be presented in a report both at the CP-2023 conference and on the ACP website. Results will be presented following anonymization techniques. At least ten responses are required for the results to be presented.
